Overview

A complete retail operating system — online store, gift registries, an in-store till that keeps selling offline, stock, payments and reporting — all one connected platform.

The brief

The Registry sells curated home, kitchen and gifting pieces in Couva and across Trinidad & Tobago, and runs bridal registries for couples. They didn't need a pretty website. They needed one system that runs the shop floor, the online store and every registry — without spreadsheets, double counting or lost sales.

Our response

We designed a warm Caribbean-luxury storefront and built the entire business underneath it: a full online store with real product options, card payments in TTD and USD, gift registries with QR codes, an in-store point of sale that works even when the internet drops, shift reconciliation, stock receiving, restock alerts, promotions and a store manager to run it all.

What we shipped

More than a website. A platform.

  • 01

    One stock, every channel

The till and the online store sell from the same inventory — no double counting.

  • 02

    Offline-proof till

The point of sale keeps selling when the internet drops, then syncs each sale exactly once.

  • 03

    Gift registries

Couples create, manage and share registries; guests find them and buy in a few taps.

  • 04

    Local card payments

Card checkout in TTD and USD with server-confirmed settlement and receipts.

  • 05

    Shifts & reconciliation

Open and close shifts with end-of-day reports showing over or short.

  • 06

    Automatic alerts

Order confirmations, store alerts, low-stock warnings and back-in-stock notices go out on their own.
